How to Pay?
The LNCollections Store checkout is handled by asecurecart for your convenience and online shopping security. We accept all major credit cards, Google Checkout, Paypal and E-Checks using the Paypal checkout system. Simply choose your payment option during checkout.

Once you are ready to check out, click the View Your Cart Button to view your secure Shopping cart and then press Checkout. At this point you choose how you will pay for your items with a Credit Card, Online Check, Google Checkout or by Paypal.

What do the Color Codes mean?
LNC Stock levels are indicated using a number of color codes, whilst the meaning of them are self-explanatory this is an expanded description to clarify.
In Stock - Item is in Stock
Back Order - Item is temporary out of stock and is on order (delivery time to our warehouse is usually within 10 days)
Pre-Order - Item has not been released yet, but is available to be reserved.
Out of Stock - Item is not in Stock, but may return in limited quantities if a new source is located.
Special Order - Item is not in Stock, but is fulfulled via special order from the distributor (delivery time to our warehouse is usually within 8-10 days)

Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax, unless the order is shipped to Maryland then the state 6% sales tax applies.

Is my Payment Information safe?
Our store's checkout and payment pages are routed through asecurecart one of the most secue online payment services on the Internet. LNCollections does not store your information online. After you have filled your shopping cart just follow the onscreen prompts to pay for your items with Paypal, Credit Card, Google Checkout or E-Check. LNCollections cannot at anytime access your payment information beyond what we need to fufilling and ship your order.

Our Guarantee
At LNCollections we want all of our Customers to enjoy their shopping experience. For piece of mind, we offer all of our Customers a no questions asked money back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your ordered item, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with the RMA number and a prepaid shipping label. 

Simply return it un-opened within 30 days of receiving it with the RMA, and we will issue you a store credit or if you request it a full refund of the item price. If the item is opened, and something is wrong like its broken when you received it, or bits are missing, please contact us and we will send you instructions for returning it for a store credit or how to get a replacement.

Please note that should a shipment be rejected and the package is returned to us without first indicating that you are canceling your order, the refund policy is no longer in effect.  Should this incident be in error, please Contact Us and we will arrange for the reshipment of the order.  However, additional postage and packaging fees may apply.

No, we do not have a Forum at this time, although we can be found on occasion at Stikfans.com

Who are you?
LNCollections is a Niche Toy Store run by a fan of alternative toys called Nick. I do not open a store section, or buy a product unless I have a passion for it and appeals me. You wont find many mainstream toy lines here, what you will find is quality, innovative, imagination driven and totally gooberish toys - like Stikfas, Onell Design Toys, Beantown Beans, Smurfs etc... etc...

My goal is to bring you top-notch toys, responsive and knowledgable customer service, while providing a safe online shopping experience with Paypal. If you encounter any problems with the site or are looking for an item that is not advertised here contact the Storemaster and the LNC Staff will do everything we can to expedite the matter. We love what we do, and want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us.

Why a store?
For too long the big toy stores and retailers have been awash with the latest action figure lines that feature half-a-dozen poses of the same character, no variations and no real imagination. Nick & Louise created LNCollections - the uber nerd toy store to showcase imaginative, quality toys that cannot find the shelf space in the bigger stores.

How do I navigate the store?
Just click the tabbed links at the top of the Storefront page; these will take you to the store section that you want to visit. From there just follow the inituitive navigation to visit the section you wish.

Can I order OUT OF STOCK items?
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders for OUT OF STOCK items. Due to the popularity of some items, stock levels can be very erratic. Any order placed on an out of stock item will be refunded with a store credit.

If you don't have it will you find it?
Yes we do our best to find anything you ask for. Drop us a line and let us know what your interested in seeing.

How do I know when new items are added to the store?
The latest items will be featured on the storefront page, we also will be annoucing new items on our LNC & MSGBS Mailing List Yahoo Group , or our LNCollections Myspace page.

If you join our LNC & MSGBS Mailing List Yahoo Group you get special monthly discounts and the latest up to the minute news on LNCollections products, deals and events.

Can I order OFFLINE?
If you prefer not to purchase online, we recommend first working out your order total and shipping using our shopping cart system, and then printing the final cart page. Please if possible list any alternative items as stock will, and does change daily.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and includes handling, and packaging. We work hard to keep shipping & handling costs to a minimum and always ship best way to keep costs down for you.

Outside North America you will be charged at the International Priority Rate, this gives you a Tracking Number to track the progress of your order. We do not advertise flat rate fees, or make any profit from shipping & handling, although we do run the occasional FREE Shipping sales.

How quickly will I receive my order?
We currently ship all orders (not pre-orders) within 24 hours of receiving it on a business day. We do not ship on the weekend, or on holidays. Items in your order that are Back-Ordered or got Out of Stock at the time will be shipped seperate once we get it in stock - the packing slip we send you will give you details of its shipping date.

Or if the item is coming back in stock we will send you an email asking if you want us to hold your order until we have the errant item back on our shelves. If the item is no longer in stock and we cannot get it any more, we will issue you a store credit for the difference.

We primarily use USPS to ship our items. The actually shipping time depends on your location, our Warehouse is located in Eastern Maryland and we estimate most orders at Parcel Rate take three - five business days to get to there destination on the East Coast, and up to 8 - 14 business days to get to the West Coast.

How do you handle my information?
We do not trade nor sell customer information, you will from time to time recieve a emailer from us, but you can unsubscribe from this once you receive your first email.
